Enjoying a dinner date with his best friend, Miley Cyrus was in Toluca Lake with Mandy Jiroux last night.
The Disney star and her dancer friend went to City Wok, one of their local favorites, to a little Chinese food before continuing on their output.
Keeping their fans informed through Twitter, Miley wrote about Lady Gaga, saying, "I am moved by hatred all'ossessione! I love Lady Gaga! Lady Gaga reminds me of Hannah Montana. She is like a normal cantantautrice / producer and therefore has a double life as popstar un'Hannah Montana is in real life. "Then, talking about their plans for the evening, Miley was undertaken to celebrate the birthday of Brandy at home, twittando, "We are watching teenage mutant ninja turtles!"
